Therapeutic embodiment coaching sessions
Master the secret language of your body to create the sex life of your dreams
What I offer
I’m a board certified clinical sexologist, sex coach and educator, as well as a somatic (body-based) therapy practitioner. I use the healing principles of neurobiology to help my clients uncover and release the hidden blocks and negative patterns that their bodies hold around sex and intimacy. I combine this approach with sex coaching and education to help my clients achieve their unique vision of an empowered and fulfilling sex life.
I’m a sex-positive professional who values non-discrimination, inclusivity and diversity. This means that I welcome clients of all races, genders, sexualities, cultural and religious backgrounds, shapes and sizes, as well as clients with disabilities. As long as my approach and my personality are the right fit for your goals, I’ll be honored to have your trust as your coach and healing guide.
I can help you if:
You are tired of sex being a source of stress, anxiety or conflict in your life and relationship
You are frustrated because your body doesn’t seem to cooperate in sexual situations, or fails to perform the way you’d like it to
You are struggling with low libido, or feel like your desire for sex comes and goes in ways that doesn’t make sense
You have a history of negative experiences or trauma that impacted your sexual confidence and your enjoyment of sex
How I work
My approach is collaborative and client-driven. This means that your goals and your comfort level dictate the direction and the pace of our work. Because this work is challenging and deeply transformative, I always emphasize self-care, mindfulness and strong, healthy boundaries with all my clients.
If you are interested in working with me, I encourage you to book a free phone consultation. This call will let us see if we’re a good fit for working together. If you decide to move forward, I will email you the onboarding paperwork, as well as several assessment forms. Typically, the first one or two sessions will be dedicated to delving into your history, identifying your goals, and creating an action plan. After that, we will be meeting regularly for focused, one-hour coaching sessions. I conduct my sessions on Zoom, or occasionally, on the phone. After each session, you will be given assignments and exercises that you will need to complete at home. In addition to coaching sessions, I am available for email support while we are working together.

FAQs
Are you a therapist? What exactly do you do?
My training and certifications are in sexology and somatic therapy (including Somatic Experiencing®, a type of body-based therapy that is derived from the science of neurophysiology, and other similar therapy modalities). I do not hold a degree or a license in mental health. Therefore, I am not qualified to offer traditional cognitive (or talk) therapy or mental health counseling. What I do offer is coaching and education on the topics of sexuality and intimacy, as well as somatic education and therapy, which focuses on the body and the nervous system as a way to heal sexual and intimacy blocks. Some of my clients choose to be in individual or couples’ talk therapy in addition to working with me.
Will my sessions be confidential?
I take every reasonable effort to maintain strict rules of ethics and confidentiality with my clients. When we begin our work together, you will be offered to sign a Client Service Agreement that outlines my approach to confidentiality, as well as other guidelines for working with me.
How are the sessions conducted?
At this time, I work exclusively online. Our sessions will be conducted via Zoom video chat (or occasionally on the phone, if the circumstances demand it). Video sessions offer a lot of flexibility for your schedule; on my part, telehealth allows me to work with clients all over the world, regardless of the time zone. All you need is a reliable internet connection, a camera device, and a private space where you won’t be disturbed for the duration of our session.
I’m embarrassed to talk about sex. How will you handle this?
I’m a sex-positive professional, which means that I do not discriminate, pathologize, diagnose, or shame my clients. I will always strive to meet you at your comfort level. I’m here to help you release negative patterns around sex and intimacy and realize your unique vision for a fulfilling sex life - whatever that vision looks like to you.
Do you accept insurance?
My services are not covered by insurance. I accept all major credit cards as well as payments through PayPal.
